Service Manager


Bell-Mark Technologies is looking for a dependable, people-oriented individual with a strong work ethic to thrive in a fast-paced and growing environment. The Service Manager will deliver successful results with solid communication skills, both written and verbal, and have the ability to listen and provide guidance regarding customer concerns, all while overseeing and working with a team of 20+ world-traveling field service technicians, a field service coordinator, in-house technical service group, and training personnel.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the service team provides the most competitive level of customer service while achieving a high-quality standard to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Attract and select top talent to build high-performing service teams.
  • Engage, motivate, and manage the service team to achieve critical goals, meet deadlines, and exceed customer expectations daily.
  • Monitor service processes, protocols, and performance effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Develop a strategic method to meet department metrics.
  • Responsible for overall department sales, profitability, and management expenses.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems, and Salesforce.
  • Strong understanding of operations, including continuous improvement, scheduling, procurement, manufacturing, test engineering, and quality systems.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Possess a valid Driver's License.
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to work in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree in Business/Management.
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience.
  • Must be a self-starter, willing to take the initiative, able and willing to work without direct supervision, and be ready to attend appropriate training sessions.
  • Must be willing to Travel Occasionally.
