Piezo Inkjet Printing System

Featuring Piezo Inkjet Drop-on-Demand technology, the InteliJet HD provides high-performance printing with incredible 600 DPI print resolution. Available in single-color, two-color or four-color CMYK print head configurations. Print your entire product's artwork on-demand, including all variable data, directly onto almost any substrate with UV-cured or water-based inks.

Ultra-Fast, Continuous Motion Printing. The InteliJet HD can keep up with the demands of high-speed converting lines with it's continuous motion printing that's capable of reaching print speeds over 150m/min.

HD UV Ink Curing System

UV Ink Curing System. The HD uses UV-cured inks and state-of-the-art UV LED technology to cure and protect the ink as it prints, guaranteeing lasting print quality. Curing the ink greatly increases durability and the types of surfaces the HD can print on.

Network Connectivity. Connect to an ERP system and utilize a Hot Folder to utilize label software like Prisym, Labelview, Bartender, and more. Network connections include Ethernet, TCP/IP, OPC UA (can be client or server), Serial (RS232), Hot Folder and more.

HD User Interface

Advanced User Interface. Control all aspects of the printer from the HMI. Make changes to your artwork and swap print labels in seconds, eliminating the need for costly print plates with long lead times.

Featuring the latest innovation in thermal inkjet technology (TIJ 4.0), the InteliJet LPc provides the most cost-effective solution for printing on porous materials, with ultra-fast print speeds, incredible print quality, and a large ink reservoir that reduces downtime significantly.
